Join GOA/Prospect now!

Anyone can join Prospect regardless of where you work – we have members in hundreds of occupations across the UK, in the public and private sector.

Once you join we place you within a branch so that you have immediate access to experienced representatives, who best know and understand the issues you face as a colleague.

When you join Prospect, if you are a civil servant, you will become a branch member of the Government Officers’ Association, who are recognised to negotiate on behalf of the Island’s civil service employees.  If you cease employment as a civil servant you can still remain in Prospect but we will move you to a different branch.

If you work for the Manx Electricity Authority, you will become a member of this branch.

All other Prospect members will be within a third branch which we are in the process of forming.
